What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, location, requested service, quantity, target date, brief and optional reference link to assess your request and respond. This is used to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

The form is stored through our hosting provider, Netlify. Authorised We Glow Up staff and our AI-assisted enquiry workflow may help organise and draft a response to your brief. Only information needed for the enquiry should be included. Do not send sensitive personal data, trade secrets or confidential design files in the initial form. We will agree an appropriate sharing method for project files.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries that do not become orders are reviewed for deletion within 12 months. Accepted-project records may need longer retention for contract, accounting and legal purposes. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact support@weglowup.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Service providers may process information outside the UK; applicable contractual or other lawful safeguards are required. These service pages add no advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
